Social Counter Not Working

Social Counter Facebook counter is Not Working Keep showing 0, My website is http://5bestthings.com/ i did every thing Facebook App Id/ Security Key, Access Token , and Apps is live , cleared cache file and everything in the book but its not working please help

I have checked your website and I saw that your Social Counter are working fine, now, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/7cFRv7K9u For better results, you will must to have the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) and the latest version of the required plugins -> Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.0

Hi,

I have all the latest versions, I inputed all the correct FB id, App id, etc. and I have the same problem as Muhannad on my site. The Facebook counter is still to zero…

Please try to clear all your caches and test it again. It’s most likely a caching problem. So, if your issue is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page.
