I have put all the correct information for all profiles but it is not working.
NOTE: It is working well with my other website with same information, so there is no mistake in information input.
2. I am using Header Style 7 but i don’t know why there is much gap between LOGO and MENU. How can i narrow this gap and shift MENU a little close to LOGO
NOTE: The alternative Header Style i liked is Header Style 12 but due no gradient in this Style i stick to Header Style 7.

1) your social counter is not updated that is why it does not show up. Newspaper 7 requires version 4.1 of the social counter. Please disable and delete files for your current social counter plugin and then install it again from here: http://screencast.com/t/SZshTPHj
2) Please remove any custom css you might have regarding the header or the logo and restore the header to the theme default.

2. I have not added any custom code for header or anything else in my theme. It is not theme default header, it is Header Style 7. But problem still there with large unnecessary gaps between LOGO and Menu.

I meant restoring the header code to the default code of header style 7 if you have modifications in place, not changing the header style. if no modifications were made, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also if you use a child theme, please try to activate the main theme and see if the problem is still there.
