Please ensure that your Youtube is a public page if you want to bring best results in this regard. Also, if the problem is still there and if the Youtube page is public, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

I have inspected your Youtube page, and I saw that you are not right to use your Youtube Id. Try to use this -> channel/UCxv4h2j7FFEEVFx2X47BLfg clear all your caches and check the results.

Please make sure that you have the last version of Newsmag theme v4.9.4, also do not forget to set the YouTube api key in theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ after that clear all cache and set again the YouTube channel.

Hey Calin, I’m using the newspaper theme version 10.3.2. All caches purged (there’s purge button on wpengine), plus my browser. And the API is in place.
The social counter seems to ignore channel/UCpvyOqtEc86X8w8_Se0t4-w
and redirects to the default setting you guys have setup

which is a 404.
