Social Counter on Zero

Hi,

I have done the whole FB setup with the APP ID and Key. But FB counter still on Zero.

Please assist. (informja.com)

Hi,

The social counter seems to be working properly at the moment

Please note that there may be some delay for the data to synchronize, but if the counter is configured properly the results should be accurate

The social counter is not working properly as i have watched my site for the past 3 weeks and no changes, I created a new facebook app id ect and still is not updating correctly, are you guys going to dig a bit deeper to help us out here?

Hi,

If it is not displaying accurate data, then it might be caching on your side. That can prevent the counter from refreshing. If you any caching installed, please clear it. The server could also have caching, you can check with your hosting provider if that is the case.
If this is not the case, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the social counter.
