Social Counter Plugin Error

Please make sure that you use the latest theme version 6.1 and also you have updated the social counter plugin – http://screencast.com/t/1iyyWCklqo
You try to add another instagram id save and see if works, then return to your id and save again so you will refresh the cache. Let me know!

The issues with the Instagram social counter were fixed in the latest theme version 6.1: http://screencast.com/t/QPG13LIV so for all of you firstly please make sure that you use the latest theme version and the latest version of the plugin which is 3.0. If doing all this the counter still don’t update make sure that you change the Instagram user with another (you can sue coca cola’s for ex: http://screencast.com/t/ZLpRPoP4zP0 ) the counter should update now and and the right number of follows should appear and then you can switch back to your own user having the right number of followers.

Please note that I’ve tested this and the counter worked so it should work for you also.

@yasirhashmi15 We haven’t managed to have a look but if you have followed the instructions above and changed the user to update the counter that solved it.
