Social counter problem

Hi,
I have a problem with social counter plugin and Facebook. The link works but the counter is not update.
What should I do?

Hello,
In order to properly set the social counter, please follow my tutorial on page 1 here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-facebook-fan-count-incorrect/
If you follow every step there, then please allow it a bit of time as the counter is not live and it’s affected by cache as well.

Hi Bogdan,

My bad, the theme wasn’t updated since 6.0. Now I’m getting the proper fields. However, it seems to work OK but the counter stays at 0.

What did I miss?
