Social counter problem

My social counter is 0 in facebook and google+, but is correct in Twitter. I have updated the template Newspaper and social counter. After clearing the cache follows the problem. What I can do?

Please make sure that you’re using V 4.1 of social counter and also make sure that you have set it up according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ clear the cache memory then test the site again.
