It’s showing Facebook likes as G+ likes. Twitter is showing find without issue.

Our Facebook is public and we have 712 likes… not sure why it isn’t coming up for you. https://www.facebook.com/queercentricbooks

If you are not logged in, you cannot access your Facebook page. http://screencast.com/t/bgJRfUNCozP
Try it out! You have to have access to it without facebook login or the social counter will not be able to access your account. If you know it is set to public, check with facebook and see whether there is another option that is preventing access.
