Social Counter shows 0 Fans – Newspaper 8

Hi

My social counter currently showing 0 fans.

I have entered all necessary information such as App Id , Facebook Security Key and Access Token and get the access token.

But it’s still showing 0 fans.

my fb likes counter isn’t working since months.. hope they fix it soon :/

Hello,
@azli the counter is affected by cache so when the cache is cleared either manually or automatically, the counter will pull the correct info. It works properly now.
