I’m setting up my Newspaper theme and I’ve added the Social Counter to the widget. The Facebook one works well, indicating at 14,000 likes on my page but the Twitter counter shows 39 followers instead of 39k followers. Is it possible to fix this from my end?

First please make sure that this isn’t happening due to some other plugins you are using so make sure you disable all plugins laving just Visual Composer and Social Counter and also empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache plugins or CDN host services and try again.
What theme version do you use as we have included the fixed version of the plugin into the latest theme update 4.6 so if you do not using it we suggest that you get the latest theme version from themeforest and you should find the fixed social counter plugin’s version within the theme’s files in the plugins folder.
