Concerning the social counter.
Only Soundcloud is not working, it remains 0
I have 3 followers.
I followed up your manual and did as written there.
If it were an issue with my host, what should I provide them so they can investigate from their side?
Any help in this is much appreciated.

In the previous post about the Instagram issue I already wrote the situation, your answer is just below mine, you wrote you close the topic and we should create another ticket if the matter is not resolved.
And here we are.
So yes, I did all that, as I wrote it there already I updated to the latest version and yes I followed up the documentation… maybe you didn’t read it?
So what should my provider look for? My provider says it is not them and you say it is not you?
Where does that leave me? It is no fun to be send back and forth all the time.
So if you can provide me at least with information that I can hand over to my host where they should look at if it is not you, that would really help, so that they fix this issue….

So you are having problems setting up the Soundcloud in the social counter. I could take a look if you can provide a link to your website where the counter is present.

It seems to be configured properly, try changing the user to a different one and see if that works. If it does switch back to the ID you want to use.
