Social Counter Stucked

Hi there, more than a month my social counter doesn’t change number, and I dont know whats is going on. Can you help me?

And I don’t know why but only on Instagram.

Hello emalgumlugardomundo,

Please try to update your social counter to the latest version of it (and the latest version is 4.1). So, if you are using the latest version of the theme Newspaper 7.1.1, your will have to deactivate/delete your old version of Social Counter and then just install it from Premium plugin area, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/6Tf7rcQkO Try to clear all your caches and check the results.

Hi,

I have the same problem, also just with Instagram. I am using Newspaper 7.1.1. and the latest version of the social counter 4.1.

Emptied all caches, but Instagram counter still shows a wrong number (Not 0, but very old). I know that the counter is not live and do not expect that.

Any ideas what else I can try?

We have the same issue
Newspaper 7.2
Social counter 4.1

Instagram followers are 0 in the widget
https://www.instagram.com/sporties_aus/ followers are 470

solved my issues – instagram needs a trailing /
