Social Counter Twitter Figure Incorrect

Hi Guys,

I’ve had this problem for months now and was hoping upgrading theme would fix it but doesnt seem to.

On the social counter, the Twitter figure us stuck on zero even though we have over 41k followers. Any reason you can see as to why?

website with the widget is http://www.heyuguys.com and twitter account is @HeyUGuys

Please make sure that you use the latest version of Social Counter 2.9.
If you use the latest version and still have this issue, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-acces so we can take a look, also paste a link to this topic so we can know who you are.

Hallo, I am experiencing the same problem.

I used Twitter id 3222443076 and the link takes to a page that do not exist
https://twitter.com/3222443076

I used the direct link https://twitter.com/lesuberante
it takes correctly to the page but followers are zero instead of one.

td_social-counter version should be 2.10.

Please any idea?
