Social Counter – Twitter followers

Hello,

There seems to be a problem with the social counter plugin picking up the correct number of twitter followers. Ours shows 0, while we have over to 8,000 followers.

Can you help with getting this plugin working correctly?

Hello,

Please check if you have the latest version of the theme, v10.3.9.1.
Also, if you have the last version please deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete it and re-install it from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/hpckcc2K

I followed the instructions that you gave below, but the social counter plugin still isn’t working properly.

I was asked to upgrade our support request for another problem to contact@tagdiv.com. Can you have the support team look at this problem as well?
