Social Counter widget – Facebook count not working – I've tried everything

I’ve looked at multiple topics on this forum, but I can’t get the facebook count to work. It keeps displaying zero followers. I’ve tried both the id and name. The link is correct because when you click it goes to the right page. But it just won’t display the count on the social counter widget.
