Social Counter Widget – No FaceBook, YouTube instructions wrong

Hi Guys,
The Social Counter widget has a couple of issues,
The FaceBook like count is zero, but we have over 22,000 followers on FB!
I am using just our page ID, rvtravelnewsletter and I’ve even tried to use the whole URL as well as just adding in the slashes before and after the FB username. Still, zed likes show up in our footer.
Also – in the instructions for YouTube it says to put user/ in front the actual user name. This is incorrect. I just put in our YouTube user name “rvtravel” and the likes showed right up.
Any guidance you can offer on the FaceBook likes would be appreciated.

P.S. – I have 256M of memory for WP, and all of my theme status lights are green… I am not caching the website yet as it is still under development. https://dev.rvtravel.com

Hello imkimc,

I have inspected your facebook page -> rvtravelnewsletter and I saw that page is not public and it’s private and that’s why you did not bring any count results. Notice that the facebook account should have to be public page so our theme can get data from your account.

Thanks Catalin, the FB page had restrictions but now it works!
Please check out the YouTube instructions in the theme, they are not correct.
