I have set the respective accounts.
I think the Documentation is out of date as there are no longer fields in the widget for For Facebook app ID and secret. Also, your video tutorial does not say it needs one to there is a bit of confusion there.

So first your social need to be public, for example now your facebook is privet -> https://i.imgur.com/F5Z3hr4.png also for twitter is look that there are 0 feeds and there is no account for @CountryCaller -> https://i.imgur.com/VgfhJpS.png
