Please make sure that you setup the social counter according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ also try to clear all caches then test the site again.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which comes bundled wit the latest version of required plugins. Clear all your caches and test again.
