Social Counter YouTube Subscribers

Hi, on the documentation, it says to link in youtube subscribers, you need to provide the string that comes after “user/” in the YouTube url. According to youtube, this is not possible for youtube accounts created after 2014. Please help! How do I link in my YouTube subscribers from my channel?

For a YouTube channel you should add the id like so:

channel/UCJr72fY4cTaNZv7WPbvjaSw

I tried this but It doesn´t work. I write my channel (“channel/UCtt4WVgPshuuBedOTIGhqag”) in the “List of youtube id’s separated by comma (ex: NRuE38Bl5Mo, 1ZgoluYjuZM, 0K-0vkFfUmY):” field and the Youtube Video Playlist element appears empty. Is there anything else I should configure?
