please help, I have removed all cache, but still showing.
I think the Facebook count now requires a FB API key from FB. YOu may need to update the social plugin to latest version as part of theme download.

We released a new update which include a new version of Social Counter plugin which it’s tested and works fine. Try to update the theme at the latest version available on themeforest: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ and also update the Social Counter plugin from /plugins folder. I have added app id, secret key everything mentioned in the tutorial.

Dear TagDiv, we are also having the same situacion. Social counter not showing Facebook Fan Page LIKES.
Despite the them updates and more, nothing shown.

good news… facebook likes are showing but google+ counts are not showing….

I have removed the widget first, then deactivated & deleted the plugin again, then reinstall it and activate and added the app id, security key again.
Now again it was not showing but after 1 day it was showing. But only the facebook likes, Google plus count is not working.

Please make sure that you are using the ultimate version of the Social Counter 3.1 and you followed all the correct steps on this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ . Try to clear all you caches and test it again.

The social Counter works fine for Google Plus. Make sure you’ve set it like here: http://screencast.com/t/3mqMIlAyy8p clear all caches and test again.
If you still can’t manage to solve this please provide your site url so I can have a closer look at this issue.

For Google I added: u/0/103114991614838909579 as I don’t have a name URL Perhaps this could be the problem.
