My site is in English. My social icons on my home page appear to be in Chinese, but other pages are in English. How can I correct this issue?
WP 4.7.3

I have tried changing the global language settings, but it still has the issue when I return to US English.
If I load the home page, the social icons appear in Chinese. If I go to a post, it shows correctly in US English. If I back up to the home page the icons show correctly in US English. If I reload the Home page, it goes back to what looks like Chinese social icons.
