I use custom fields in the Social Icon Shortcode on a single template page. They all work fine but not for the Extra (where I use a custom field dedicated to the E-shop url). In this last case, if the custom field is filled with a valid url, then it works well, otherwise if it is empty, it shows a link like this https://www.bereilvino.it/cantina/nals-margreid/, just the url of the page. It works fine with a filled custom post type, but it does not work properly if it is empty. It displays the icon with the url of the page.

Yes. There is no option to hide it when the acf value is empty.
You can add a default value to your acf, but it will work only if you save the post or use it for the next new posts.
