How do I make it do so?

For YouTube, you’ll need to use the api key -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
For Facebook you’ll need to have a business pages, here is our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
