Hi,
For this seems there is no background color -> https://i.imgur.com/YNzFg1d.png as I set it, you can try to set it on the logo or column -> https://i.imgur.com/uwRNKjM.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I checked the website and now the background seems to be ok – https://i.imgur.com/05cMKYC.png maybe it was just a cache problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
Well, if you check sahafa.media on mobile, you will see that the top logo is dim and dark. It sits behind a black block. You can hardly see it. Which is in the url below that you sent me.
But if you look at the logo at the bottom of the page, you will see that the logo is bright and clear.
So, is there any way we can get the logo at the top of the page clear and bright like the one at the bottom?

Thank you in advance

Hi janabi,
The logo looks like that because you are using different logos for the header and footer, the one from the header is the one https://sahafa.media/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/777.png and of the footer is this one https://sahafa.media/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/sahafa-logo-white.png
You can change the logo from the mobile version using tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and click on mobile viewport then select the logo element and change the image – https://i.imgur.com/jLDen0n.png – https://i.imgur.com/DK4PEbz.png
Thank you!
Hi Anamaria,
How are you?
So in the url below I included a video to show you how “via” button is not moving. It needs to move a little bit. The word “via” in Arabic is not being displayed in full, but the button is not moving.
Can we fix that?

Hi,
Normally, our theme relies on WordPress’ built-in email services. If emails are not being delivered, the issue is usually related to your hosting provider’s mail settings rather than the theme itself. Please follow the steps in the guide below to troubleshoot the problem: https://wpmailsmtp.com/wordpress-not-sending-email/
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
The reason I thought it might be something to do with the theme is because my other website birthdaychronicles.com is working fine and it uses same theme (I bought 2 newspaper licenses), same plugins, same server and same everything..
But let me take it one by one if you do not mind.
About the website registration form; it asks users for email address + desired username.
In order to avoid issues with email deliverability; Is there a way where we can change the registration process to where user can provide email address + desired username + desired password right away and no need for them to check their email for password?
Thank you
Hi janabi,
If in wordpress everything is the same set on both websites and the situation is only on one of them, I will recommend checking the DNS settings on the host to see if the settings are similar or not.
Related to registration, our theme provides 2 options, for this, one is the element “Header login” that can be set with tagDiv Composer in the header zone, and it will pop up the login modal from where you can choose to register.
The other method is when tagDiv Opt-in builder is enabled, then you can create a page for login/register using teh theme elements “Page login/register” – https://i.imgur.com/3wPEkAs.png
Another solution is to use teh wordpress settings (those from domain/wp-login.php)
Thank you!
