Social Media Counter does not come up

Hi,
Can someone assist me how to solve my problem? The problem is Social Media Counter does not come up. My Fan page is https://www.facebook.com/BeritaMoneter. I put fb id as BeritaMoneter.

Hi

I’ve tested your Facebook ID with the latest version of social counter (V3.0) plugin and works fine: http://screencast.com/t/Ts7Xphpk3EdZ Please make sure you’re using the latest plugin version, also clear the cache ant test again.
