Social Media Counter – Facebook Issue

Facebook shows 0 followers since update from 6 to 7

I have the latest version of everything, ID and all is right… I don’t know what to do – this is so annoying!!!

Hi,
This is a very common issue. The facebook counter is affected by cache so only when the cache is reset will it get updated. Please check your site again and see that the counter now works.
