Dear Tag Div Team,
While I have been able to connect my Facebook & YouTube Pages to the Social Media Counter, I have been unable to do so for Instagram.
The counter, when clicked, directs the user to our Instagram page but it does not display the number of followers. I have tried entering the id in the following formats to no avail.
1) mouthingoffmagazine
2) @mouthingoffmagazine
3) /mouthingoffmagazine
4) /mouthingoffmagazine/

I have hooked up the Instagram API and our feed is showing using the Instagram widget, so the theme is recognising it in other capacities.
All of your help would be greatly appreciated!

At the moment you will have to use the fixed counter. This option is facing some issues and our developers are working on this.
