Hi, I cannot get the social media counter to display the no of followers for twitter and youtube. I have triple checked the twitter ID. And as far as the Youtube display, I have entered the correct information in the social media block as well as the API in the Theme. The tagDiv techs help resolve the problem. in my case, it turns out that social media counter requires the word “channel/” in front of the youtube ID and instead of using the numerical ID for Twitter, we just put in the handle, ie, “@thebest” and it worked. Hope this helps. Alejandro
