except facebook, the social media counter is not working. when i click it redirects me to the correct instagram and youtube page but the followers and subscribers are not shown.

Hello !
Please make sure that you set the accounts properly. Youtube needs your channel id as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/8lqJMGhaJJuJ Also for instagram you will need only the ID per example: http://www.instagram.com/tagdiv
