Social Media Counter showing 0 facebook fans

Hi,

We are running newspaper 8.7.3 and while the instagram, twitter, and youtube counters are accurately loading the facebook counter is showing 0 fans, when it should be 1,501

I have tried uninstalling the social counter and installing again, from a post I found elsewhere, but the problem persists.

Please help.

Do you have cleared all the caches, purged CDN files in order to check the final results? I updated to the latest version. The new version only requires the facebook page name
