Hi, I am finding with in-depth research that your Theme – Pinterest social media is causing 404 errors for all my web pages. It creates an additional weblink every time, apart from the original post posted, and adds at the end, “www.pintrest.com/pintrestuserprofile.” No, I am not using any other plugin for Pinterest whatsoever. Please fix it asap, as it causing high concern.
Hi,
The issue is caused by you didn’t add the entire url of the social icons only the id.
Please make sure the links contain the https://www.
Thank you!
https://www is already added to all of them from the start.
I meant to say that it is creating an additional page with the below data
http://www.webpage.com/postname/www.pintrest.com/pintrestuserprofile
Also I see it is doing the same for pages, too for 1 page e.g Success it is creating additional pages
http://www.webpage.com/success (original)
http://www.webpage.com/success/Page1 (duplicate
http://www.webpage.com/success/Page2 (duplicate)
etc…
Hi,
Please provide some screenshots.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hi, This has been an issue to date the social media issue. I completed deleting the single post share link from all posts, but it is still creating an issue for only Pinterest. Please fix this asap. It seems it is a glitch in your coding. Please have your coders look into it.

Also, another issue is that one of your grid elements is always missing a picture; please fix that, too. Screenshot attached. https://app.screencast.com/4muGxzRQWtAbH
Thanks.
Hi,
We can take a look at this and investigate the issue. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.
Thank you!
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to provide the wp-admin URL and credentials. And I don’t have Cpanel. Please rectify this in your test mode. It is not only several software that are pointing to this issue; Google Analytics has also identified the same issue for indexing.
