I would like to check if it is possible to achieve a desired look for the website I am working on.
I am looking to have social media icons identical to the reference image (Image 2), at the top right of the page above the main menu. However, as I realise Newspaper menu themes given are many, but I would prefer if only the social media icons are on the top right of the page. Inline as the same row as the website’s logo.

Sorry but our theme has no possibility to add such icons in the header. You can only do it by altering the header files: https://www.screencast.com/t/vVzFWG6Zd

Hey there, thank you for the prompt response. From the method of altering header files which you have mentioned, I would suppose that it would be a tough procedure. Due to many factors of the theme and mobile/tablet transition for example. ? Please advice me on this as it would be good if I can achieve the desired look I am looking for.

Well you will need a plugin to add the icons as our theme doe snot have that particular design for the social icons but maybe a plugin can be implemented with a similar design and you will only have to insert the shortcode of the plugin through coding. Let me rephrase myself as it may have caused a slight misunderstanding. I am good with keeping the desired look of the social media icons provided by NewsPaper theme.
What I want to achieve, would be the location of the social media icons for the Desktop/Tablet View (which is located on the top right of the page, above the menu bar) .
As I noticed that NewsPaper theme does not provide the layout I am looking for, can you advise me if I want to achieve this look?

I understood what you mean. But it can only be done with altering the theme files. The theme has no such option. The header files are found here:

There is a separate file for each of the header styles that you use.
Let’s say you use header style 1. You would have to edit the code and remove the header ad: https://www.screencast.com/t/pQDqsUIV0DG and replace that with the social icons code.

However, can you advise further of how I can implement the social icon codes? Where if possible, having a hover effect as well, following the reference website below.

Well I do not have a code to provide for the icons. I provided guidance on how it can be done and where it can be added. I cannot do it for you if this is what you expected. Unfortunately the theme support does not offer customization services. We can guide you into the solutions for a problem but we cannot tackle customization tasks. You will have to create the code your self or hire someone to do it for you if you do not have the necessary skills.
