Social Media on the side bar ;-/

OkI gotton ok, but Im not sure how ti change the Social Media on the side bar, could someone point me in the right direction. Iv still got the Demo links ;-/

You need to change the social ids from social counter plugin: http://screencast.com/t/XTzaCLl6 and place there you own social networks users.
