Social media plugin Error

I am unable to add addresses of my social media pages and social media counter does not show my stats on page..help me out here

Please make sure that you configured Social Counter plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ clear all caches then test again.

i have the same problem. I’ve configured the plugin according the documentation and clear all caches but nothing happen. The facebook counter shows always 0 Fans. Twitter works and shows the correct number of follower.

I am still unable to solve my Social Media Plugin Error, this problems exists for main social media counter on main page not the secondary social media counter. should i send you my site url address?

Make sure that you’re using V 4.1 of social counter plugin ant also ensure that Facebook app id and security key are properly generated.

I have the correct version and tried it with a new facebook app but I still have the same problem. I send you an email.
