Social Media Profile Likes Followers count not changing

Hi,
The like count of Facebook Page is not changing in the social media widget of my blog

You can find it on right sidebar http://www.topfivebuzz.com/
Its showing 4173

But actually the number of like of the page is 4692 (at the time when I am writing this post)
The page url is https://www.facebook.com/TopFiveBuzz/

I’ve tested your Facebook id with social counter and works fine now: http://screencast.com/t/1Uoo2kv4AuJ Try to clear all caches and test again. If the problem persist try with a different id, then re-add your own.
