Hi!
On our homepage we have a social accounts counter with the number of followers, suscribers and everything, but even though i’ve updated/reconnected our social media accounts on the Newspaper>Theme panel> Social Networks panel, nothing updates, and we are stuck in the same numbers from looong ago.
Could you help out?

Hi Bettina, sorry, but the post you shoed me didn’t help
i’m on version 11.3.2 and reconnected my FB and Insta account (both are Business account) and the numbers are still the same.
Even on my Theme panel>Social networks the numbers for FB and Insta show the current numbers, but not on the webpage.

Please make a test, deactivate all the cache plugins and the extra non-tagdiv ones, clear the cache from your browser and see the results.
If the problem is still there, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
