If you refer at the share of theme, there is no follow set, maybe you are using some plugins, please provide some more details and screenshots, or a link to the website where I can see the problem would be very helpful.

I am using from the theme itself. Whereas,I am not using any other plugins for the same. And Yes I would like to know that on sidebar options of social media counter is not working properly. You can add the rel nofollow a single time and it will affect all social networks where the function I pointed out is used. Simply add
rel="nofollow"
