I need a help with the social sharing buttons: I want to and add a “+1 Button”, can I?
If not, Is there some other place I can put it? Like before or after tags?

Social Network accounts can be added in the theme panel using the available options

For the post sharing there is not option to add a social at the moment. You could try to use a plugin that could add that button on your website. If you have a shortcode that you must enter, here you can find the post templates in the theme – https://www.screencast.com/t/TTlWf8zxDV7u
