SocialCount: Twitter Follower count doesn't change

When I try to link the SocialCounter-Block on our website https://www.lfcfamilie.de to our twitter page @LFCFamilie, the follower count always stays at 0. When I click on the Twitter Button in the SocialCount-Block, it links correctly. Any idea why the follower count doesn’t change?

Please update the theme to the latest version of it and also, update all of the plugins and check the results.
