I am using Newspaper 6.
I have created a number of new pages. Some have titles and breadcrumbs, some do not. I create them in exactly the same was, so I am unsure why they are different?
New page with:

New page without:
http://www.darts.world/terms-and-conditions/
In addition, the main navigation menu often fails to load the Store menu item.

I have checked your webiste and saw that both examples provided have titles and breadcrumbs: http://screencast.com/t/bnQuwFWqhFy The fact that is now displaying both the titles is strange as the default template does not display the titles. Only page builder + page title has the title visible: http://screencast.com/t/hkQXjKEyd3b and your pages do not have the same template selected. Maybe you have some custom modifications in place.
I have also checked the menu but it seems to display fine. I found no problems with it

Yes I changed the template being used from default template to page builder and title.
I couldn’t see any other way to get bread crumbs to show up. It’s not great as it shifts the content to the left.
Also, the store item in the main navigation appears sometimes but not always.

If want the 2 templates to be identical, you need to use the same template for them. If the menu has issues, then it could be a plugin conflict so please disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. Then test your menu again.

I am happy to add the pages using a default template without the bread crumbs.
The only issue though is that when I add my own H2 title, its low down on the page due to saving space for the bread crumbs and pre-populated title that don’t display?
Ideally I would like to modify the default template to add both bread crumbs and the H2 title.
Surely that can be done editing the default template?
This all came about because of a normal page that I added that uses the Default Template
However, this page displayed the H2 title and the bread crumbs.

i ran a few tests and I see now where this is going. There is a way to display the title and breadcrumbs on the default template if you do not use visual composer. You can add as many paragraphs as you want, but only in classic mode. If you activate the backend editor (visual composer) then the default template will remove the breadcrumbs and title. Hi,
I had thought that this was something to do with it so I started with a fresh page and only used the classic mode.
I tested and it does not work. Also, I edited the old page to remove any VC elements but again, that did not work.
