I have multiple theme licenses purchased via envato/themeforest. When I enter the purchase codes provided to me on themeforest, some of them are not being accepted and days the code is not valid.
My themeforest account is with the same email address.
out of the 21 newspaper theme licenses purchased on themeforest, purchase codes of 4 licenses are not working and i would want it to be addressed immediately on priority.

The error I am getting is “Your purchase code is not valid”
The issue is with 4 out of 21 licenses I have for your theme.
I haven’t ever requested for a refund.
and i would like to have a prompt resolution as its been almost a week since I raised this support request
Might need to email them with the specififc license codes that are not working.
