I’m not from the development team, but I will express my opinion.
1. The inability to copy anything from the site is a useless feature. Any modern browser allows you to open the source code of the page and from there you can copy any information.
2. There is no regular feature for placing watermarks on images. Use third-party plugins. However, keep in mind that technical support of this kind of plug-ins the Theme developers do not provide.
