1)You should look for some plugins which have this functionality because we do not have any recommendation in this case, sorry! Another way for this implementing is just from the code and if you are not aware of the steps in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
3)There’s are the only settings for background from Theme panel. If you do to like to use it in the Stretch mode you should enable this option or if you want to have another set for this image you should customize it via such a custom CSS code. If you do not know about the steps please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you.
