Some widget do not appear

I’ve updated the theme and I’m using a child theme. (9.8)
Some widgets on my site don’t appear. What would be the reason?
My website address: cepkolik.com

I drop widgets (ads widget), Click save button and when I look at the page does not come.

I made the update according to the documents here. But I’m still having problems with the Widget.

Well, can you say that?
I’m using the child theme. Where should the td_page_builder_widgets.php file be?

plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/widgets or /themes/Newspaper-child/includes/widgets
