When one of my admin change that info into menus something happend only save “<i> </i>”
How can solve that?

So by changing the menu icon there are now problems and you cannot save the menu. That would not be related. As long as you enter the icon code properly as shown in the guide, there should not cause any issues

Double check if the icon code entered is valid, or remove it to see if this fixes the problem.

i am superuser in all my network, but i have one administrator user in one of my sites, but when he change something in menu or add new one HOME menu "<i class="icon-home"></i>" change to <i>..</i>, i need solve this becuase i have not time for change to “<i class=”icon-home”></i>” each time of my admin user change something.
For example me like superuser of all network i havent that error, only admin of each single site.

I believe the admin is not limited in making changes to the menus, there are limitations in other matters.

I am not finding any similar issues in a WordPress network environment, from searching online. We did not make any tests with the theme in a multisite, so I really could not say why this is happening for admin level users. Maybe check error logs, use the browser inspector to see if there are any errors in the console while saving the menu changes as an admin.

I am very sorry but as I mentioned before we did not make any tests with the theme in a multisite environment, so we could not say why this is happening exactly. From what I understand the problem could be related to WordPress, regarding the menus. Maybe a plugin could be interfering, or changes made to WordPress files.

Perhaps share the exact example of the original menu setting, and then the new setting you are trying to do which is breaking your menus?

Hi,
You could try and see if this happens on a default WordPress theme, it could be a problem with the WordPress install. The theme should not cause issues with saving the menus, I don’t know what element or setting from it would be responsible and create such a problem.

I could’t say if there are any plans to make tests with the theme in a multisite configuration. If you tested and the issue is still happening with a default theme, then the problem is caused by something else. Try removing all plugins as a quick test, except theme plugins. Check modifications made to WordPress or theme files or custom code, deactivate child themes used. Maybe you can identify what exactly is causing this.

bro i create other site in my network, create an admin user, and that user have all roles and perms, but when install theme and activate plugins, this issue remains, pls help me bro
