Do not use more than 3 columns,
You add a new row by pressing the add new button and selecting a row.

If you want to make your mega menu items to be similar to the ‘Travel’ menu example -> https://www.screencast.com/t/K6RrMzKJ3X, you want to do that please consult the topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mega-menu-with-grid-columns/ because there you will see all the steps which are needed to take in this regard for achieving this layout.
If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of all steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

I don’t want menu???
