I tried many different plugins, i have some common problems.
I used a few membership plugins, i protected some pages, when i logged out i could still see the content which was protected.
I used a plugin from codecanyon which was to show as specific menu to logged in and specific to logged out. So whenever i was logged in and again logged out, i could still see the menu which was assigned for logged in users even after i was logged out.
This was related to the theme and not plugin issue, as twenty fourteen theme would work fine.
Can you suggest me a fix?

Please notice that we do not have any tested plugins in this regard and we cannot say for sure if its will work as properly with our theme. Please notice that our theme has a huge source code which makes it very complex and if you are using some untested plugins with it, these could interfere with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues even if these works fine on the default theme (which is too basic than our theme).
If you want to display more levels in our theme and your are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
