Hi, I checked in with the support, they said that api.envato.com is not blocked.
I also tried activating another site that’s hosted on another server, same issue.

Tried deactivating, and then activating the plugin..
And also updating the Newspaper theme, nothing works so far.

It may have been something temporary with the cloud server, does the same happen if you try again now? Please let us know.
