I need to sort a Post Grid (VC) for this page: http://dev.ntv.ca/about-us/ads/.
All the people on the sales team should be ordered by seniority, but I don’t know how to do it. Would Meta key help? I don’t know what that is though.

You can sort posts displayed in post grid by category, tag or custom taxonomy: http://screencast.com/t/l9PjeTaC Try adding some specific tags for posts that you want to display in post grid than use those tags in grid’s settings.

They need to be displayed in order of seniority … so i need to order them by number somehow … I”m sorry I don’t know how to do it.

Unfortunately that grid does no have any sort order options and I can’t provide a solution for the moment. To achieve the desired result are required some customization in plugin’s files. This is a complex task which involve many customization and lots of tests.
We can’t offer speed customization services at the moment so if really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
