To add the social icons you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, search after social icons and set the link for social platforms https://www.screencast.com/t/kATmr6b3yg
You can manage the social icons for the mobile menu from the Theme Panel -> Social Networks => https://prnt.sc/10112uu

there is no use, if the links have to be added from the composer, or at least i dont understand the use that it has .

The social icons from Theme Panel, are for the mobile version/mobile theme and for users that have an older version, with settings from Theme Panel.
